I'm lost ! Who is/was S169 ?

Was it a Seaking "Rescue 169" ?

S169 is the callsign of Rescue 169 when not on a rescue.
Sierra is short for Sierra Romeo Golf (SRG).
SRG(S)169 for training/transit
R169 for Rescue Operations.
