C-130. Three Turning One Feathered

Spotted a Herc C.5 on 3 engines heading home at a high rate of knots, passed me in Bristol at 1500ish around FL20. Anyone know if it was an emergency or just training?

Came right over the top of Castle Combe race circuit as well.
