Re: N710CF inbound ?
Correction - landing at Bournemouth. It looks like the sort of Gulfstream that might feel at home at Boscombe though - some kind of radar testbed.

Interesting visitor indeed: https://www.calspan.com/services/aircra ... gulfstream

Edit: looking down at the Learjet do I remember that operating out of Boscombe down in previous years?

BECAUSE TYPING IN LOWER CASE WOULD BE EASY.............
Re: N710CF inbound ?
Yep, same company as the Learjet. N304VS was one, I think there was another too?

Re: N710CF inbound ?
It is due into Boscombe for an ETPS contract, diverted into Bournemouth due to weather.
Re: N710CF inbound ?
It isn't currently fitted with all the lumps and bumps you see in the web pics I'm afraid. It does have a long narrow belly housing though which could be the belly mounted pylon referred to in the blurb on their website. It left Bournemouth for Boscombe Down at 13.05 this afternoon and was great to see and hear as it roared off down the runway, proper engines

Re: N710CF inbound ?
Both Gulfstream and Hunter T.72 are undertaking work with ETPS, but that work is unrelated unlike with the learjet. Hunter is there for another fortnight I believe.

Thanks
Hopefully gulfstream might be around for a while longer or be back again like the Learjet was.
Cheers.

During the summer , the Learjet was seen over Salisbury plain with the Hunter in front of it kept flying racetracks.
