Over the last couple of weeks, there has been a massive increase in helicopter activity after dark at Upavon. They have not been squawking on any of the commercially available 'radars', and they are always locked in the hangars during the day.

Any information on what these are?

Most likely taking part in Joint Warrior.

They were most likely the helis operating out of Keevil during JW and were unlikely to have been hangared at Upavon
