Shot in dark I thought it was to do with flat horse racing season and the Dubai classic meeting is mid October at Newmarket

I suspect it’s to do with the seniority of the Dubai Royal family members in London. Once those members go back to Dubai their helicopters will go with them. You will know if the C17 has the helicopters on board as the destination will be Dubai and not it’s base at Abu Dhabi.
