Last year we had an Osprey drop in for the duration from Mildenhall. Are the any hints/rumours of any visitors for this year?

Family's Air Experience flights started at 0800L using Pumas XW235/Q and ZA940/V (radio callsigns "Puma1" and "Puma2" respectively) and a pair of Chinooks (not transmitting on Mode-S transponder hence unidentified, radio callsigns "Chinook1" and "Chinook2").

Current ATIS has visibility 7km in haze and overcast at 700ft, so very little chance of reading off the Chinooks at this time. Hope the weather improves as it did yesterday.

Anything else would be a bonus.

The Jet Provost was XW324 (G-BWSG).

Also present and/or displaying were:

The Blades Extra 300s with G-OFFO, G-ZEXL, G-ZXCL and one other
XZ179 (G-NCKS) Lynx
G-AXUJ Auster 5
G-BSFD J3C Cub
G-BJTP PA18
G-HMCE Ikarus C42
G-HMCH EV97

Dornier 228 C-FPSH dropped the Red Devils overhead at 5pm, then landed to pick his "passengers" back up, departing just after 6pm.

Of the Reds, only XX295 was picked up on Mode-S/ADSB.

235 and 940 were together on the apron to the South of the static area between approx 12:00 and at least 13:00 whilst the fly in's arrived
