Re: Quiet month at Benson
Pretty sure I saw a Texan on finals today whilst in a meeting - so much for no visiting aircraft!

Re: Quiet month at Benson
According to ADSB XX162, Hawk T1, has just flown an approach for 19 as BDN22.
Re: Quiet month at Benson
Benson has published a normal flying programme for this week:
https://www.raf.mod.uk/our-organisation ... programme/
In addition, the Hawk XX162 ("BDN22" on trackers, but calling as "Boscombe 20" on the radio) conducting ILS and PAR approaches is highly unusual!

Very welcome, shame I couldn't make it today probably my last chance to get a Hawk T1
Re: Quiet month at Benson
The Texan ZM 340 showed as VYT 98 but the actual callsign is Anglesey 98, The Hawks use VYT as a singleton, the Texans use Anglesey as a singletonUndertaker wrote: ↑Tue Mar 01, 2022 4:57 pmAccording to ADS-B ZM340 [VYT98] arrived Benson circa 1257L departing at 1547L
