19:55L Nice - Just gone OTT Yeovil at about FL090 heading up TR1 towards Brize. If I'd had more warning - enough time to run a bath - that one could have gone in the "seen from the bathroom window log".

This is of course the C-17A that provided support for the SU-30 deployment to Coningsby in July 2015.

Cant remember the positions that Brize use, but yes Eastern end, the first C-17 on the line, facing Station Rd, Indian fin flash easily visable with the naked eye.
