Need a little help here, is Rissington back in use for the C-FARA?
Will there be any other planes using it or not in the future?

Re: RAF Rissington
I believe its being used for paradropping more frequently than it used to be, possibly due to its proximity to Brize where the parachute school is based (its a bit closer and easier to get back from by road than Weston-on-the-Green). I've seen various of the RAF's transport fleet flying racetracks over the field during the recent few months, presumably for this reason. I don't believe anything big lands there nowadays.
Of course the mighty Viking motorgliders are based there if you want big thrills....

An A400 is currently in the area if you look on FlightRadar (ASCOT 463). Not really sure what this is up to.

The Viking is unpowered. The Vigilants were motorised.
