Supposedly on a long mission today and back after 21:00L but this might change if the mission changes or is cut short

I was just about to add that the NOTAM is for much earlier, unless of course it has gone stateside ? I assume those familiar with these matters heard it go East.

It's not gone stateside, it'll likely be back before 18:00L

Indeed, I'd be interested to know what was said and by who to suggest today's flight is any different from those of most other days. So far, nothing seems any different to most other days.

And a return after 21:00L is highly unlikely given the departure time was just before 9:00L.

Russian Missile ops in the Barents Sea end today , not sure if that is where its heading but could be the l;ast mission for a while.

They tend to depart most days during the week whether the Russians are on exercise or not, probably head back to one of the normal routes when the exercise is over.

Nothing new here as the flight was well covered by those monitoring its progress.
