Northsky, you clearly have no idea how easy it is to get details of utilities either online or, directly on request. They have a statutory obligation to provide it to anyone needing to know for safety reasons. Easy for anyone legitimate or otherwise.
If you've ever seen a primary substation, like the one mentioned above, you will know that they are big and visible. I found it on Google maps within 30 seconds and I do not know the area.
Now I'm awake and can smell coffee, maybe you could try doing the same.

In the end it's need to know principles. So don't expect anything published to be anything other than what they deam low risk and are prepared to let people know.

True...because Russian email addresses are a well known spambot attack vector. It has nothing (probably) to do with spying!

Dose any one know if Fairford got there Airspace Change Proposal yet
Re: RAF Fairford construction - complete
The Airspace Change Proposal has been approved and is now in stage 6 (implementation).
Presumably this means getting the charts updated with the new danger areas and then released in the next issue.
Did I see an RQ-4 is expected at RIAT? Maybe this will remain as the first of the deployment.
Are the new hangars ready yet? They look like there is a fair bit of final fit-out and taxiways to complete as far as photos show.

I can't find any details on the CAA website about ACP-2022-083 since March of last year. How did they get from Stage 3 then, to Stage 6 now? Were they asked not to publish any more details by the USAF, or the MOD?
I understand that the new hangars will not be ready for quite some time yet.

Re: RAF Fairford construction - complete
What happened was that ACP-2022-078 originally covered both High Altitude (HALE) and Medium Altitude (MALE) operations. The medium altitude ops got too complicated so a new ACP was split out to cover these only and this became ACP-2022-083 and has been parked until further notice.
The high altitude ACP that has reached stage 6 is the -078 one.
Hope this helps to clear away the complexities of the system.
I don't know which smiley best covers the situation so here's a selection

How's the construction of the hangars coming along? Work on the munitions handling area should start once they are finished and then the RADR facility.
