Most probably the Atlas Air B767 'N649GT' that was reported as being due

Atlas GTI8328 is due out of Dyess for Pease(KPSM) at 2320bst

No, I would expect the ALTRV is more Germans. From memory two flight of German Typhoons went to the US? Could be wrong though

There are now a few KC10s on the ground at Mildenhall which have been noted on several other forums as being for the German Typhoons RTB
