Any truth in the rumour that there maybe B52 detachment to Fairford ?

No support from either B-52 base has arrived so, there certainly won't be this time round, unless support arrives in the near future. There is however, an exercise in the Czech Republic in September with B-52s taking part, which have operated from Fairford in the past.

Anything is possible, but no support yet. Fence gossip (based on folks who know folks from Minot) is Barksdale B-52s some time next week. But that's based itself on the 'fact' that supposedly no Minot BUFFs will be deploying this time.

I think Scramble said there are three due on Friday 8th (according to their Facebook page).i have just tried to look it up to reference it but can’t seem to find it (I’m sure I wasn’t imagining it though)

Thanks everyone , I'm sure thats where I saw it too (scramble FB page) can't seem to find it now.
