I guess the notam was taken down in error and they don't realise. Maybe a local should have a word.
If they get away with it they may think they can do it all the time!

I think they went further afield than Iceland, as they went out with at least 5 tankers last night, maybe around the North Pole. Change in call sign could be a tactic to cause confusion to anyone listening in/tracking them?
