Looking at this, it would appear that the B-52(s) may well participate on 1st/2nd June and then (guessing) end its/their mission at Fairford.
The Norwegian Defence says at least one, maybe three, American B-52H strategic bomber will take part at the end of the exercise. Being the largest bomber in the world, the aircraft will not land at any of the air bases in the north, but participate in one of the missions near the end of the exercise.

Arctic Challenge 2017 kicks off on May 22 and will last until June 2.

"BaltOps" DV Day is 6 June and "Saber Strike" DV 9 June. Both have fly overs scheduled.

Wasn't there a press release from the USAF a few weeks ago regarding this deployment? I don't remember it mentioning specific NATO / European exercises (though it might have done) wasn't it more that it was an opportunity to train in the European theatre with NATO allies / reassurance initiative etc.? Which implies that the bombers don't neccessarily have to be here for any specific excercise (but if there are some going on then they are happy to take part etc.). These deployments are beginning to be a bit of a tradition and if memory serves from reading various pieces on previous deployments they have been more about the USAF training / reassurance than they have been about coming to Fairford specifically for excercises.

I'm sure I read on here somewhere (a while ago) that Fairford is the prime FOB (foreword operating base) for Us bombers in Europe? Though I know they deploy in other European bases as well.

Times are Local, so 08:00-20:30, which becomes obvious when you look at other Minot NOTAMS. For example - " 04 MAY 00:00 2017 UNTIL
30 NOV 23:59 2017. CREATED: 03 MAY 18:16 2017".

NOTAMS should be filed in Zulu time, and if they are not in Zulu they should be annotated to show that they are in local time.

It's quite obvious you're not sure how NOTAMs work.

Forget about Zulu time chaps - Universal Time Co-ordinated (UTC) officially replaced it in aviation years ago.
