Given NOTAM start (0515L) is it possible 80-1090 slipped out east early unnoticed ? Was engine running yesterday .

Buff departed, didn't hear or see a U2 this morning. BUFFs are out for a long day today, back after dark.

Are you sure it wasn't Buff 01 you heard? Believe it departed on a mission around 20 minutes ago. Granted, it wouldn't have said direct Fairford unless it had an issue!
