It would also reduce the inevitable impact on the local population and area of many visitors descending on the base on speculative trips. I can't see it happening somehow, but you never know, somebody in the USAF might be reading this?
There was a tantalising glimpse of what appeared to be a flying rota on a crew room door at Fairford on one of the deployment films I put a link up to - sadly no amount of freezing and zooming made it readable. They never have such problems in films!
