Hi guys.
Had a very entertaining time thanks to the F15E's around my home town area.
HH60 appeared around midday at the mucklebourgh collection.
Then approx 13.15. Two F15E's appeared in the circuit
Very interesting coms were heard between ground personnel and the F15E's pilots.
Callsign. Mugger.
Ground personnel were describing targets in the area. Tanks. Artillery pieces. A bunker. A tent.
Various buildings.
One F15E' was asked to do a show of force. Came in off the sea low level.
Pilots were heard telling personnel what ordnance they were gonna use for certain targets.
Lots of high level runs.
Personnel confirming targets destroyed.
They then asked circling fighter what a target vehicle was doing and it's heading.
Then 2 straffing runs were done.
Then RTB back to the Heath.
Lasted about 50mins.
2 HH60. Appeared back in the area around 16.00.
Not sure if earlier HH60 RTB before the F15E's appeared as I never heard them leave earlier.
Did you know that registration to Fighter Control is completely free and brings you lots of added features? Find out more....
