18/05/2023 two more F-35A arrived in the dark from Burlington VT as Retro 31/32 behind Blue 81 (59-1464)

Original it was was said three were coming but it seems something went wrong with one (Original retro 32?) And only two turned up at Lakenheath

I heard ops give the tails as 5615 and 5617 for parking

From sightings reported at Fort Worth above , the allocation should be

Found the log, it does appear they've skipped FY21

Last FY20 is 20-5629 (ex Turk 18-0030) now for the 176FS of the Wi National Guard then straight to 22-5682 for the 493rd.

Last Fy20 is actually 20-5681 an export F-35A so as they keep going in order 5682 was always going to be the next one. Just expected fy 21 as you say. Maybe down to when the funding was provided.

I did realise after I was only looking at the USAF page so I presume some of the 21 year are USMC, USN and internationals but not the whole 21 year.

F-16.net still list next USAF batch as 22-5682-5730.

Only the photo caption for 5682 says 20-5682 which looks like a typo. On my big screen it definitely looks like 22-5682.

But on the list 682 is shown as re-serialed to fiscal 20.

Oh dear! Another two were again delivered in the dark whilst I was away in Germany

14/6 Retro 31/32 arrived around 11pm the serials remain unknown to the FC community as far as I know

Apparently they should have been a batch of four but two diverted to Burlington VT

Not that I know of - be nice if they are spotted before the two at Burlington come over or the next two are identified to eventually eliminate retro 31/32

Pick two from 20-5614, 20-5616 and 20-5618 is my best guess! Once they start flying which is usually about a week after delivery, we'll know!

Can people refrain from asking the same old questions! Once they've been identified the serials will be posted on FC, either here under this delivery summary or on the daily Lakenheath thread and most likely by the man on the ground 'slogen51'.

So the 493 jet that arrived as Retro 31/32 is 20-5616, 495 tail unknown at present.

If you are saying the 493 jet is20-5616,and saying that the other is the last 495 jet it must be 20-5614 as all the others are marked 493 on the photos l have seen on .F-16 .net
