Eagle Destinations

Listening to RAF Lakenheath as I do, I always hear the F-15's giving destinations, such as

"Eagle Anglia"
"Eagle Delta"
"Eagle Lake"

Does anyone know where they are & if there are anymore, please ?

Don't know if this is too simplistic but I have always thought

Lake = Lake District
Anglia = East Anglia
Delta = D308 danger areas??

I thought lake was the north sea mda's north of holbeach area

The "Lake" refers to the Lakenheath Air Training Area - a block of airspace over the North Sea to the East of Lakenheath.
