Don't think so, RCH397 now talking about a Rammstein divert if he cannot land here in next 15 minutes(?)

was going to go to ramstein but he was in the hold so long waiting for ops to inspect the runway icyness etc that he ran out of divert fuel so had to land at mildenhall.
