Rough Log 10.30am and 4pm 05/02/10

Post by Bobby Jo » Fri Feb 05, 2010 9:26 pm

Hi,

Seen here today on my way down to Bentwaters and then back on my way home

C-17A 06-6154
C-17A 07-7175 Dover

I only got to see the first four Danish but better than none :(

E-007 F-16AM
E-070 F-16AM
ET-614 F-16BM
E-600 F-16AM

E-6B 164409 is doing missions calling Razz 33. Landed PM

KC-135R 62-3564 22 ARW arr Clean 81
KC-135R 63-8034 22 ARW arr Clean 82
KC-135R 58-0067 IA ANG arr Clean 91
KC-135R 59-1495 NE ANG arr Clean 92

There are several rumours as to why these four tankers are in. Will just have to see where they go!

Spy Corner

64-14849 OF RC-135U 55 Wing arr Olive 27
62-3582 OF WC-135C 55 Wing arr Python 78 Departed PM nice and low apparently
62-4134/OF RC-135W is flying as Hawg 95

Shame the E6 didnt park up with these. It would have been great to see

The SOG ramp had Seven Hercs on it and room for one more. I had a look and there didnt seem to be any new ones.

60215 and 60220 being the latest ones for me

Apart from the WC135 and the transitting F16's, everything else was still in when I left at 5.30pm tonight

Nice to meet Viper and always a pleasure to see Bollo. Hope the car charger works for you.

Where was Stig :ninja:?

Best

Rob

I believe the E6 is staying as it called RAZZ which is a mission call sign

The WC was calling cobra?? and is thought to have gone stateside

I am sure a local will confirm for you.

Phone call from a friend says Mildo is very busy this morning and the weather is Clear Blue Skies

Wished I'd stayed down last night at the Bird in Hand :'(

Reporting from a Very dull, wet and Misty Doncaster today :(

Best

Sorry I hadn't seen this thread before.
I found out the 16s were due in the night before, but unfortunately I had to go to London first thing so it didn't really help!
Such is life!
Cheers, Stig.
