2 x KC135 over BSE 1210hrs

Post by flarkey » Thu Mar 04, 2010 1:04 pm

saw what i believe to be 2 x KC135s in close formation over Bury, seemed to have just taken off from the hall, and were turing through south towards the west. although one may have been an RC135.

can anybody confirm what they were?

I was at the Hall today, your two KC135s are 38025 and 37979 of 100ARW which took off together.

I noticed these at 1215 whilst out with the Mrs, shopping in town (Bury). they were at quite an altitude and quite close in formation......not the usual practice for these KC135's...anyone know what they were upto???

What a lovely day by the way!
