313.550 went as a Talkdown freq to Valley where it currently resides. Think its mention in RAF docs at Mildenhall is an error as there is nothing in the DoD docs. I think 313.55 was transferred to Fairford .

APCO25 digital transmissions can be either secure or non-secure and work in the 410-422 MHz band. My old Uniden BCD396 picked it up fine at both Mildenhall and Lakenheath when I was last there.
