Help with MC-130 ID - This is a long shot!!

Ok, hows about this for a long shot. Taken on the 29th July 2008, when I was on a trip on base.
Does anyone know the ID of the black nosed MC-130, the nose code looks like 5824 to me, but I can't tell.
If it helps, 0191 and 5826 were also on the ramp that day.
