Current activity levels

Post by liamkillington » Tue Oct 05, 2010 11:44 am

Hi all,

Can anybody give me an indication as to how busy marham is at present? I am planning a visit on Friday (weather permitting) and just wondered if anybody has any idea of activity levels?

Many thanks in advance,

Liam

Last week it was fairly busy in the afternoons. Here's a log i did on a random day (Wednesday 29/09) viewtopic.php?f=51&t=19335" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; This week so far has seemed the same quite in the morning, more activity in the afternoon. Will monitor and let you know.

XIII Sqn should be home in the next couple of weeks, so should start getting busier at the tail end of the month with all four squadrons home

Hi
Fridays are not the best days to visit as there is normally only flying on a friday morning and it can be sparce. Sometimes, there is a flight test from from the maintenance hangars.

Looks as though the weather is going to be good so I may take a punt on it as this is my only weekday off in a while. I'm going to head over early and hope to catch something am. I'll take a log if possible for future reference. Thanks for the help guys!
