Post by liamkillington » Thu May 20, 2010 9:20 am

Thinking of popping over to marham today for the afternoon, anybody know if there is much activity?

Anything would be great!

I ventured in the end and spent the day there with markranger, 6 hawks came in 2 in the display colours, an apache went through and the usual tornados were buzzing around all day but didn't see a spit matty. Mark made a log so I'm sure he'll post that in here!

A good days viewing!

Hi guys

Did anyone note serials for Tribal 22/23 which were seen carrying out CAS around Brecon town for a good 40 minutes this afternoon. They rtb'd at 1530.

Hi Blackcat1.

I done a log at Marham but only got one of the Tribals (Tribal 23)as the other came straight at me head on so missed ,can't get the code or number from my photo's.
Tribal 23 was Tail code 054
At a guess i think Triabal 22 was 048 as both 054 and 048 flew in the morning together as Lancer 13 and 14 and both went into the hot pit Together.

Didn't see any eagles fly today, was quite quiet to be honest! A kc135 landed and some c130's did some circuits but that was about it! Did you see the hawk xx263 in this months combat aircraft? Painted in display colours?
