Crash gate 6 to close

I see that sadly the lane leading up to CG6 will become unavailable to spotters soon
The lane will become the entrance to the new ACMU Aircraft Carrier Mock Up.
Seems like they are building a full scale mock up carrier deck plus ramp in a Lake that can simulate wave motion.
Plus a unit to acclimatise crew to a rolling deck - i feel sea sick already!

Yes sad news. Heard it will be called HMS Frail Pool. Operational in twelve months time ?

I've heard the F-35 is to be cancelled due to Trump and the carriers themselves converted to VSTOL.
