2 x Chinooks in & out of Digby within seconds

On the way home from a cold Waddo i noticed very low lights from the East. Eventually as they got nearer 2 chinooks emerged into view. I thought I had left the WAVE 5 minutes too early thinking that was where they were heading but no, they swung round right over RAF Digby and did a very quick touch and go before heading back out. I didn't think RAF Digby was operational for Aircraft to land? Who brings them in, waddo ATC?
