Helios northbound on A1

Just seen 2 'heavy' helicopters heading north following the A1 over Cottesmore, fairly high up, could just hear the engines!!
Any ideas?? Would love to have said MH53Js, but I doubt it somehow
, don't think Merlins (but could be wrong), are there any Hinds in the UK heading up to Otterburn/Spadeadam area?!?!
