I saw on 262 web page that they leaving Coningsby tomorrow would anyone know of departure time please

The pilot came and spoke to the many that were gathered at the Coningsby fence (BBMF side) soon after arriving, and he was asked the same question, his answer "It will be weather dependent".

Pictures on the Coningsby Spotters Facebook group show the 262 suffering a bird strike near the wing root. Not sure if that will cause any issue

Its out on the ASP at Coningsby this morning. Just spoken to pilot, waiting for VFR. Birdstrike not an issue.

The pilot oversaw the refuelling this morning, so there has been activity. For now, the canopy is still shut.
