an afternoon at coningsby got me these movements from 11am until 4pm -

G-FPLD - calibrator

ZJ257 57 - shawbury 54 (o/s)

ZJ947 AH - typhoon 57 (land)

G-COBS - calibrator 14

WG486 G - chippy 01

ZJ930 AA - monkey 1
ZJ912 AB - monkey 2

G-BYXT - uniform 28 (land, departed later)

ZJ806 BE - typhoon 19

ZJ919 DC - ascot 9631 (land)
ZJ928 BX - ascot 9632 (land)
ZJ924 DD - ascot 9633 (land)
ZJ920 QO-A - ascot 9634 (land)

ZJ915 BY - cobra 1
ZJ935 DJ - cobra 2

XX318 CN - pirate 06 (aborted on take off run)

ZJ811 BP - rockstar 1 (afterburner t/o)
ZJ803 BA - rockstar 2 (afterburner t/o)

ZK450 J - cranwell 66 (T&G's)

ZK455 O - cranwell 15 (T&G's)

ZJ800 BC - warlord 1 (deployed chute on landing)

ZJ804 BM - triplex 1 (performance climb)
ZK307 BU - triplex 2 (afterburner t/o)

WG486 G - chippy 96

ZJ939 DXI - chaos 11
ZJ917 QO-G - chaos 12

ZJ923 DM - rafair 7001

ZA447 EB-R - rebel 83

Departed at 4pm.

Some extra info after Riches & Polecats log.
XX198 / CG / 100Sqn / Hawk T1A Landed "Pirate 03" and was out on a mission tonight with XX289/CO
both have returned to Coningsby and are parked on the ASP.
Typhoon departed as "Rafair 7000" and thanks to ( Bollo see OTT section RRR70 ? ) we Know they landed at Lyon.

Good to meet everyone today,with lots of banter.

Good log Rich, the horses head is back in the freezer. ;)

Phil DM departed as "Rafair 7001 today, Three Typhoons arrived from Cyprus
after dark last week we can now tie them up.

I wonder then if it was G-COBS that I spotted orbiting for some time today...out to the SE from Gunby Hall, E. Lincs.

Just one addition to log HS125 ZD620 departed at 17.25 calling Ascot 1547.Also five Typhoons departed between 6.10& 6.40 pm as well as the two 100 sqd Hawks as mentioned

Hi Youth just to clarify last nights flying, 9 Typhoons took off last between 18:10 and 18:45, Seven went from the ASP all using burners and 2 went from the HAS's without burners, plus the 2 Hawks

Thanks for that we couldnt stop any later sadly, we did hear typhoons overhead as we drove away from base.
