Hi all,
Planning a trip over to Coningsby tomorrow - is the current weather slowing the flying up at all??

Any advice greatly appreciated. Cheers.

Not heard anything today, ATIS was giving 30 kts gusting 43 kts with a slight crosswind earlier. So I can't see much if anything flying at the moment. Tomorrow is looking slightly better

Edit:- Just rechecked ATIS

RAF Coningsby (D)ATIS timed at 10.50Z
Runway 25, colour code blue
Wind 290 at 25 Kts, gusting 41 kts

Thanks for advising Gary. Is there a rough idea of a wind speed that keeps them down???

Dont be put off, make the trip again when the weather is better - well worth it on a normal day
