I notice from logs (and when i've been at CBY) that the Eastern aircraft is a regular visitor. What is its purpose please?

It flies BAE systems employees between Losiemouth, Warton and Coningsby.

And RAF Marham, normally goes to Marham first from Warton then on to CBY and back.
