NOTAM U3143/10 gives Wittering opening hours as 0900-1700 Mon-Thu, closed Fri., from 1/11/10.

yes but they will still be an hour behind us.

Andy as of tomorrow UTC and 'Zulu' are one and the same, so no need to add an hour.

UTC and 'zulu' are always one and the same. As of tomorrow they are the same as local time
