A Tucano was in the circuit at Blackpool about 6 pm (ish) tonight Showing on ADSB as ZF171.
I tried posting that an hour ago but FC showed Error 504 in response!

2 pairs of Tucanos in today all arriving about 1pm. (seen from Warton) ZF342, ZF244, and the second pair ZF139, ZF417 all noted on departure about 2.30

Around 17:40 - GUNSHIP Formation ZJ191/GShip1, ZJ211/GShip2, ZJ229/GShip3 & ZJ231/GShip4 (4x Apache AH. 1/AAC) - Approach from Lakes tracking adjacent Blackpool Prom - Refuel before heading to Middle Wallop @18:40
EDIT Only 3 departed for Middle Wallop, 1x Apache still at Blackpool

GUNSHIP1 & 2 reported in "Heads Up" as being ZJ191 and ZJ211.

I think the ILS at Blackpool is only available using rwy 28 not rwy 10.
Nice for The Gate anyhow makes a change to the trainee overseas pilots etc in their tucanos.
Lets hope the apache pilots weren't wearing their image intensifiers whilst routeing off the prom during the Lumies...I have their unit as 3 Regt at Wattisham anyhow.

Any news on whether the Apache will depart today? Currently working in Liverpool and hoping to spot it if it heads down the coast.
