After my unlucky visit later afternoon of the 5th, I tried my luck again just before 9 a.m. on the 6th, had to leave then.
With the 3 Chinooks gone, and still camera / lens issues + light behind the Hawks, here is what I could get out of my poor photos. Flight line from left to right:
