Skyhawks to Leeming in April/May?
Rumour mill has it that Leeming is possibly hosting a detachment of A-4N Skyhawks in April/May as part of some sort of assessment. Should provide something a little different for folks in the vicinity.

Guess that's for the RAF's new aggressor contract. Probably Draken operated.

The A-4n Skyhawks to leeming in Apr /May are from Germany (Top Aces) over to work with the USAF should be 2or4 Aircraft
Not RAF related from the reliable information I’ve got. The L-159s watch this space as they may have to go on the G reg if they come will be Draken Aircraft.

Draken fly both the A-4K and A-4N.NorvilleRogers wrote: ↑Fri Feb 11, 2022 7:29 pmNot sure Draken have any A-4N, they use the ex RNZAF A-4K. They also plan to have some L159s based at Teesside soon. The A-4N could be from Top Aces at Wittmund.

Draken A-4Ns fixed in Kinston, NC. This will be Top Aces, going to be chute on every landing, cross-wind component could make it interesting.TomG wrote: ↑Sun Feb 13, 2022 2:43 pmDraken fly both the A-4K and A-4N.NorvilleRogers wrote: ↑Fri Feb 11, 2022 7:29 pmNot sure Draken have any A-4N, they use the ex RNZAF A-4K. I'm assuming this rumour came to nothing and A-4's are not due this month?

Is the Skyhawk rumour officially dead ? I have heard the Quatarie Hawks chatter from afar. Thinking of visiting on Thursday. Have we any hard and fast operational info please ?
