There's been a NOTAM open for CF regarding the erection of a 40ft mast, it now appears to be in place and looks like some sort of landing aid (any confirmation out there?). There's another NOTAM stating that the precision approach radar is US which might be connected to the above.

I noticed that some of the private aircraft from hangar 3 were moved into hangar one a week or so ago, there now appears to be a couple of military vehicles parked outside hangar 3 (and a sign directing 'exercise' traffic on to the airfield at one of the crash gates).

Last night the landing lights seemed to have been in the process of being tested as they were on, full brightness, for about an hour - no aircraft though).

Interesting aircraft now please...!
