This is turning into a long runner.

I have not found anyone who read off ZK370 leaving Warton. The usual suspects were not present.

Hammers usually impeccable gen. source says ZK377 is in TMF at Coningsby , Milky suggests ZK370 is in there.

I guess time will tell when one or the other is spotted on the line.

ZK370 has been mentioned a few times as leaving Warton (as Tarnish 10 on 30/07 and going to Coningsby) in this thread already and also here :- viewtopic.php?f=70&t=191594&start=20

I don't see what the problem is!

ZK370 arrived at Coningsby as 'Tarnish 10' on 30/07/20 according to Milky's site :- http://milky01.co.uk/?page_id=51250
It has also been noted in the TMF hangar at Coningsby during August if you look at the August 2020 movements & based page :- http://milky01.co.uk/?page_id=52246
Sorry, but that site is wrong. On 30.07.20, Tarnish 10 flew a local CT sortie at Warton in ZK356 in the AM. He did not deliver an aircraft to Coningsby. Tarnish 69 then flew the same aircraft in the PM. In between those two movements, ZK377 departed for Coningsby in the hands of an RAF pilot (at 13.00L). ZK370 is still at Warton.

Whatever unmarked aircraft was spotted in the TMF hangar at Coningsby, it wasn't 370..

Thanks for that and the info is very much appreciated, did you actually witness '377 leaving Warton on 30/07? :)

Many thanks, I wasn't doubting your info, just asking if you physically saw it leave. :thumb:

Thanks Dees01, perhaps you can help us in the future to iron out any other future anomalies we are bound to have on this subforum. You are obviously close to the action, closer than most of us. I used to audit the "old" paper Flight Folders and Breakdown Books at Warton prior to flight as part of the process for granting Flight Authorisation Certificates or the Tornado/Typhoon equivalents (PL-64/MF-164 etc). Thankfully I dont work there anymore.

I see there is no mention of Zk350 which I thought was at Warton ,
anyone know the where abouts of this one
ZK350 (BS111) departed Warton 19/12/19 as "Typhoon 102" after 2 airtests (15/11/19 & 29/11/19)

This is correct, just to mention ZJ699/IPA1 is engineless and doubt will fly again
I have this as last flown on 16/12/15? Can anyone confirm if this date correct and if not what is was please?

Also, I would have thought the first of the 24 typhoon major units (front/centre/rear fuselages, port/starboard wing sets) also for the QEAF, should be on site now, maybe in temp storage.

ZK532 Hawk by process of elimination is the Hawk under wraps up the road at Samlesbury.

Unless of course ZJ951 mate a journey?

Just to resurrect an old thread, I read ZK370 off sat outside at Warton yesterday. Fully tooled up too! Believe this is the first flight-test jet for the ECRS Mk2 radar?

ZK370 is fully tooled up and hasn't 'officially' been delivered to RAF as such.
It isn't the test jet for ECRS Mk2 Radar, this is in fact ZK355/BS116.

Link here and also a decent article in the latest Air Forces Monthly

I believe ZK370 hasnt flown since 2015 when it had its test flights. I have noted several times either on the pan near the sports club or the test pan next to the River Ribble. I believe its only used for ground testing.
