Qatari Deliveries

Hi all . Do we know when the scheduled delivery flights
are ? Are they likely to be early morning departures as with
the Qatari F-15s from Mildenhall??

I heard they were due to go soon but someone at Stansted told me they had been pushed back to mid September

Can't remember the date , 15/9?

I hear the F-15QA are also delayed, just a coincidence?

How do the Rafale get delivered, do they use French tankers?

The Qatari Rafale 'hop' as opposed to using tankers. In the past they have followed one of their own C-17s from Bordeaux (that's LFBD) to Souda Bay (LGSA) to Incirlik (LTAG) where they nightstop before carrying on to Qatar. IIRC, the first two deliveries went direct with a French tanker but after that, they've hopped.

RAF Voyager scheduled for AAR support from Brize 25/08 10 AM departure for Typhoon delivery flight to Qatar. Would expect a similar departure time from Warton.
