Re: QRA Typhoons
Hi Jamie,
Should be Fang 12, Fang 13, Fang 14,
with Fang 12 /13 landing in order to start @ 12.28, and Fang 14 after 2 further radar approaches @ 12.52.
Can you confirm ZK344 was the lead aircraft to land, followed by Fang 13 as ZK327?
And finally ZK323 as Fang 14?
Cheers,
Mike

Re: QRA Typhoons
Obviously missed something QRA to Leuchars I assuming Lossie having works done so they need to relocate short term again?
Re: QRA Typhoons
Maybe it's something to do with some event in the West?

Re: QRA Typhoons
The airforce realising that Leuchars is the optimal location to protect the central belt of Scotland where all of our sensitive infrastructure is. Go figure.Morayhandyman wrote: ↑Thu Oct 28, 2021 8:03 pmObviously missed something QRA to Leuchars I assuming Lossie having works done so they need to relocate short term again?
Re: QRA Typhoons
Just wait until Independance there will be a QRA glider defending Central Belt from Turnhouse.

Re: QRA Typhoons
And exactly where are they getting the cash to pay for this glider?!?!
Re: QRA Typhoons
You think they'd spend money on a facility at Turnhouse. Nah, they'll just use RAF Kirknewton and our tiny hangar
