Convoy 61S1 to Kinloss

Post by Lossie » Fri Nov 26, 2010 1:45 pm

Hi all,

US Navy 'Convoy 61S1' inbound Kinloss at 1340 with 3 POB and judging by the background noise I'd guess it's the Metro they use.

Cheers

It was indeed a C26 Metro, had 530 on the tail.

Nope - 4 actually! (should be two each at Naples and Sigonella though they move around)

That's interesting Planeplotter log has the following from today:

ADFEE7;CNV61S1;159118;DC93;*-*;34000;0;1260;0;2010-12-08 09:31:53;2010-12-08 09:50:39;

Which was earlier than this C26 being reported here but same callsign :huh:

Did anyone else catch it anywhere on planeplotter or sbs ?
