I think you have answered your own question, as the Herc that departed earlier was 164994/AX of VR-53, unless there was a third Herc?

When did 164994 leave and when did 165313 arrive? There was also a P-3 161329 that departed on Friday.

Weird, as I can't find any mention of this third unidentified Herc anywhere. 164994 departed mid morning on the 4th. 165313 I can find on SBS reports over Teesside as: 10:17:25 AE03EA CNV61S4 United States 165313 Lockheed C130T Hercules United States Navy. presumably on it's way to Kinloss. No reports of it leaving but you obviously saw it depart and no reports/log of the 3rd one.

There was a third but it's unknown. Was the Shorts a 360? OY-MUG was in.
