Rich

this week there has been regular non exercise flying mainly early in the morning, by the Typhoon,s and Harriers.

This week the Exercise wave has been pretty constant though

Departures have started around 1pm with most of the fast jets going between 1.30 & 2, its been taking a good 30-45 mins to complete the launch,
Arrivals back have been starting around 3-3.15 with the wave down about 4,

That's an arrival callsign, they don't use it as part of the exercise. :)
..and thanks for explaining the launch times.
Also, there is usually a late evening sortie about 5.30-7.00 by 6 Typhoons.
