Maybe it was nine lives, but one feline is lucky to be alive after he was found with his paws glued to a Minnesota interstate, KSFY.com reported.
A couple saw the cat on the side of the road and thought it had been injured by a car, the KSFY.com reported. But the cat was stuck, though its paw pads were ripped off by the glue when the couple removed him from the road, the site reported.
Members of animal adoption organization, Second Chance Rescue, expressed outrage at the treatment of the cat, which has been named Timothy.
"It's a mouth dropper because you are just like are you kidding me? But they did it," Rosey Quinn, member of Second Chance Rescue, told KSFY.com.
Timothy is currently with a foster family as he recovers. Second Chance members say he may be up for adoption eventually.

Saw a documentary recently about gangs in London.
One gang decided it would be funny to film a cat being thrown off the 5th floor of a block of flats. They filmed it on their mobiles and the chap threw it off the balcony 7 times until it eventually died of its injuries.
The doc showed two of the times and i had to turn over. I can't bare cruelty to animals. But the guy who did didn't realise that most of the gangs in that area although violent thugs don't like cruelty to animals either and he was beat up and thrown out of this gang for doing it. He also had to apologise on TV and ashamed by his fellow gang members who frown upon what he did.
We had a case many years ago here where a gang kept killing cats in a local village with fireworks. They used to slide a banger up the bum of the cats and set it off... Every cat bar one died of their injuries internally.
How people can find something so funny is beyond me and they should get the toughest sentence for doing it, not just a tap on the hand and banned for keeping animals.
