That's a shame. Though I am sure he isn't too worried seeing how woeful the AM was in Bahrain :O

The Saudi GP set to continue despite a literal missle attack on an Aramco facility next to the circuit. As they say - "Cash is King"...

Indeed, whilst most likely safe anyway, an absolutely bonkers decision in todays society.

Drivers are supposed to be trying to get the race abandoned seemingly? Not sure how true it is but still quite mad what happened and the race going ahead so far.

How on earth a race can go ahead when 97 people have been killed in Saudi this month alone is beyond me? Still that's OK same as the new Newcastle owners eh!!! :grr:

Drivers still in the room, after they requested the drivers only meeting after the FIA/Team one - 2 hours still ongoing 2am there nearly. Could very much see some joint statement coming out from all 20, hopefully.

Reported they are out now, but must have all gone to bed and we'll decide in the morning... :S

Edit, looks like it was decided the race will go ahead.

That Schumacher crash just goes to show how poor this track is, how it got approved is beyond me. So many red flags today across the Formula Series. Hope he's alright.

Why I can't understand having a street circuit with such crazy high speeds. Wasn't even a tyre barrier there (I don't think)

TBF, as long as Monaco and bucking Faku is still on the calendar, you can't turn this one down.

And yes, hopefully it's not too serious for him. You can tell somethings not right when they deliberately only show views from a distance, and its not been replayed once (so far).

I feel with Monaco it's a much slower circuit, and Baku, is long straights, without the high speed corners.

Jeddah has a lot of twists and turns, really close to walls, taken at 6th through to 8th gear, which IMO is much worse. I hate this track, shouldn't have to feel on edge waiting for the next major incident. Many fans feel the same.

Which is one of the reasons its so monumentally boring. But not much safer.

I feel lucky Lance and mad max would disagree there.

Which is what makes this track so immense. Your point is valid, but the track has potential. Unlike the previously mentioned tracks.
Replays now being shown, ouch.

I've lost track of the amount of incidents and Red Flags at Jeddah in the last 2 years, more so than since Baku's inclusion.

F1 tracks should yes, be technical and demanding, but safe. This track is technical yes but ridiculously unsafe. Today and yesterday have proved that. Many drivers have mentioned they dislike it which says it all.

But cash is king. Monaco is a bore and should go.
