One of the latest fads seems to be using the phrase "100%"
Yes - extremely annoying. My daughter uses it all the time instead of a simple 'No'!
Question: - 'Have you done your chores?' Answer: '100%'

Couple of phrases that are commonly used and which I find infuriating.
'At the end of the day' of which my usual reply is 'It gets dark'
and
'Do you know what I mean' when they have said something really obvious which we all know what they mean.

Literally.....
In this world there's two kinds of people, my friend. Those with loaded guns, and those who dig. You dig.

This gets my goat. Normally used by those under 18 as they know no different, and by those adultescents that think they are educated and possess some kind of superiority over others but clearly showing they are neither. I don’t think I’ve ever heard anyone over mid 40’s say this word.

People who use the word 'obviously' when what they are talking about cannot be obvious to anyone!!!
If you can keep your head whilst all around are losing theirs, you have probably completely misread the situation!!

Were you having a few drams last night after a fishing trip, Keith?
No drams just quiet so thought I would chuck a grenade to encourage debate , even mentioned it at the end .Grenade I/Coming. Seems to have worked.
