F22A's - F18's make first flight RAF Lakenheath 5.10.18 *Updated with some extra views"

The F22's arrived this morning as others have posted so a minimum of them here. On day one of the USN Super Hornets "deployed" to RAF Lakenheath, two carried out a sortie this afternoon to RAF Leeming and returned.

Thanks for the comments guys feel very lucky to have caught these on Friday afternoon as we were just finishing a bite to eat as the F18's rolled out. The lead bird is awesome and as it is a shame that our RAF Fighters are so bland.
Can't get enough of these F18's so here are a few more from yesterday. As Paddy has gone all "arty' on me the first few are a tad over processed for my liking but see what you think.
