Anyone any idea as to which hangar this was put back in into and the hangar the second one is in?

Didn't see it put back in but their operating from the left hand B-2 hangar - that's where the second one is.

For the record, as I can't see it on either of the threads, today's U2 was 80-1080 I believe

Possibly a practise diversion as they'd probably divert to Mildenhall if they couldn't get into Fairford so may have been checking things out. I remember they have diverted there in the past - one in '95 and another in '07.

I was on a 25 year spotting break then, Graham. But I well remember the U-2R detachments at the 'Hall from the late 70s and early 80s.
